The Mission

Not half a man.

Most men drift. They let the demands of work and family slowly erode their health until one day they look in the mirror and don't recognize themselves. That's not stewardship. That's surrender.

Scripture is clear — the body and soul are inseparable. How you care for your body is an act of worship — a daily choice to honor the gift you were given and show up fully for your wife, your children, and your calling.

You were not made to be half a man. You were made to be strong, present, and alive — for the people who need you most.

About Chris

Husband. Father.
Coach. Competitor.

I'm Chris Lemmel — Christian husband, father of four, and strength coach with 20+ years of experience at the college and professional level. My faith isn't a footnote in my coaching — it's the foundation. I believe every man has a responsibility to steward his body well.

I hold a Masters in Strength and Human Performance from Parker University (CASCE-accredited) and a Bachelors in Exercise Science from Wilmington College. I've competed at the American Open in USA Weightlifting, regional CrossFit, and I still train BJJ.

Before I ever wrote a program, I spent more than a decade working in my dad's landscaping company. Early mornings, heavy work, long days in the heat and the cold. That's where I learned what strength is actually for: not the mirror, but the work in front of you and the people counting on you. It's still how I coach.

My clients are men who take their faith and family seriously — husbands and fathers who want to show up fully for the people they love, physically and mentally. I know the schedule you're working with, because I live it: a full-time job, a wife, four kids, and training fit in around all of it. I build programs that work around the real demands of family life, not the other way around.

What I Believe

Faith. Family. Iron.

Faith first

Your body is a gift. Training it well is stewardship, and stewardship is worship. The work in the gym serves something bigger than the gym.

Family over everything

The goal isn't to train like you have nothing else going on. It's to be strong, healthy and present for your wife and kids — and to build a plan that respects that.

Strength for the mission

Real strength shows up in real life: carrying your kids, outworking the day, staying in the fight. Every program is built to make you more capable, not just look the part.

I Still Compete

I still compete.
Because men train.

Faith has always called men to discipline — the man who trains his body trains his will, and both serve something greater. I'm still on the mat, still under the bar, still competing. Not because I need to prove something, but because discipline is a form of devotion. My programming is battle-tested by someone living the same life as you.
